What is an Interactive 3D Matterport Tour

Interactive tours allow potential buyers to virtually tour a home during a mere commercial break using just their thumbs and a basic smart phone.

That’s right. 3D Matterport is a platform in which our photographers capture 100s of images, in a circular 360 format, which are then stitched together to create a seamless, virtual experience of the interior of the home.  Think Google Street View.  The viewer is the ‘driver’ of the tour.

How?

Throughout the home is a walking pattern.  A series of steps about 6-10 ft apart.  When the viewer clicks on a ‘step’, they can then turn all the way around the room, virtually, as if they are standing in the middle of the kitchen, and view it in every direction. They can go as fast or as slow as they want.
