Magazine Work

Kitchen Remodel Photography for Creative Kitchen Design, Inc.

It has been so fun to watch the work of Anchorage Kitchen Designer - Danielle Bohn get better and better with each new project.  We have been lucky enough to work with her and photograph some of the most recent kitchen designs.

Danielle was recently honored by the NKBA as one of the 30 under 30 and we are so proud of her accomplishments thus far.  We can't wait to see what the future holds for this young talented designer.

Here are the photos from our recent photo shoot;

Alaska's Best Kitchens Magazine Fall 2014 Edition

Grand Prize Winner Cover Photo Shoot

It is such an amazing thing to see your work in print like this!  We had the opportunity to photograph the Grand Prize winner (as well the other kitchens) for this edition of Alaska's Best Kitchens Magazine.  To read the article head on over to their blog by clicking here.

Here are a few of the photos from that shoot.

I absolutely love doing photography for these magazines and look forward to each new edition that comes out!

Timber Frame Home - Homer, Alaska

The newest edition to Alaska Home Magazine is out and we are excited to be on the cover with an amazing home!

This is one of my favorite homes so far in my career as an Architectural Photographer in Alaska.  My wife and I got to spend a couple days in Homer Alaska while we photographed this home for the builder - Strong Construction.  We had such a great time!  I love when I get opportunities to include my wife in photo shoots.

As a Timber Frame home we had to get really creative in our shooting methods.  My normal method of bouncing flash could not be used in this situation, so we resorted to some creative measures to get the lighting right.

The crowning shot of this gorgeous home was the twilight shot, which we had to come back later to get.  The warm interior lighting really stood out against the mountain background.

The homeowner's dog apparently has a special spot on the couch, so we had to include one of him.  It just wouldn't be the same couch without it.

Thanks to Alaska Home Magazine for using these images!  It is always so fun to see your work in print, especially in this digital heavy world.
